You may be wondering...

Do you accept insurance?

We’re a self-pay practice, so we don’t work directly with insurance companies for most our services. We do accept insurance SPRAVATO® treatments, and will work directly with your insurance company to ensure your prescriptions are covered.

We’ll provide the paperwork and guidance you need to submit for possible reimbursement, and we’ll work with your insurance on prior authorizations to help make sure you have access to the medication that supports your health.

This model lets us focus on giving you the time and care you deserve without the limitations of insurance-driven care.

Where are you located?

We’re located at 200 Carmichael Way #604, Chesapeake, VA 23322.

Our space is designed to be a calm, welcoming environment where you’ll feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. If you’re nearby, we’d love to see you here.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes, we offer virtual appointments for your convenience. Whether you’re nearby or a bit farther away, we want to make getting the support you need as easy as possible. Virtual sessions offer the same level of attention and care as in-person visits.

Do you offer therapy/counseling?

We focus on psychiatric evaluations and medication management. While we don’t offer traditional talk therapy, we work closely with therapists in the area and can refer you to someone who’s a good fit.

Our goal is to provide you with well-rounded support, whether it’s through us or with another trusted professional.

Do you accept out-of-state patients?

We can, but it depends on where you’re located due to licensing regulations. Feel free to reach out to discuss your specific situation, and we’ll do our best to help.

How long are your appointments?

Our initial evaluations are typically an hour long, giving us plenty of time to dive into your concerns, goals, and history. Follow-up appointments vary based on your needs, but we don’t rush—we’re here to ensure you feel heard and supported every step of the way.

What conditions can you treat?

We work with patients dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder, among others.

If you’re struggling with something specific, reach out, and we can talk about whether our services might be right for you.

How do I contact my provider if I have a question?

Once you’re a patient, you’ll have direct contact with your provider via phone and email. We make it a priority to respond promptly because we know how important it is to feel connected and supported between appointments.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We know waiting for care is tough, so we aim to schedule new evaluations as quickly as possible. Reach out, and we’ll do our best to find a time that works for you soon.
