Our Services

Compassionate psychiatric services for every step of your journey.

We offer psychiatric diagnoses and a huge variety of treatment options to support your mental health.

If you're looking for diagnosis or medication, you're in the right place.

We are a psychiatry practice, which means we can provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, and medication management. Many of our patients are referred to us by a therapist or other provider, but we can work with anyone who wants to understand and overcome their mental health challenges.

We do not provide counseling or therapy, but we do spend time guiding our patients as they adjust to new medications and find the best treatment options.

Psychiatric Evaluation

Diagnosis is the first step towards mental well-being. We'll conduct a detailed evaluation to understand your symptoms and create a treatment plan that meets your needs.

Medication Management

Finding the right medication can be overwhelming, and you shouldn't have to feel like you're alone. We'll help you find the right medications, monitor your progress, and adjust as necessary.

SPRAVATO® Treatments

For those facing treatment-resistant depression, we offer SPRAVATO® treatments as an additional option for relief.

Start by scheduling an evaluation, and we'll guide you from there.

Step 1

Schedule an evaluation.

Contact us to schedule a 60-minute 1-on-1 assessment session to understand your symptoms and get a professional diagnosis. This first session costs $300 and can be done virtually or in-person at our clinic.

Step 2

Get a prescription.

Based on your evaluation and diagnosis, we'll prescribe a medication and schedule a 30-day follow-up appointment to see how you're doing.

Step 3

Check in with your psychiatrist and adjust as needed.

Sometimes it takes a while to find the right treatment options for you. We'll meet with you every 3 months - or more often as needed - to make sure your medication is working and support you as you adjust.

Got questions about our services?

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes, we offer virtual appointments for your convenience. Whether you’re nearby or a bit farther away, we want to make getting the support you need as easy as possible. Virtual sessions offer the same level of attention and care as in-person visits.

Do you offer therapy/counseling?

We focus on psychiatric evaluations and medication management. While we don’t offer traditional talk therapy, we work closely with therapists in the area and can refer you to someone who’s a good fit.

Our goal is to provide you with well-rounded support, whether it’s through us or with another trusted professional.

What is a psychiatric evaluation?

A psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive assessment where we discuss your medical history, symptoms, and concerns. This helps us create a personalized care plan tailored to your unique needs.

Can you write prescriptions?

Yes, our providers are licensed to prescribe and manage medications. We work closely with you to ensure your treatment is safe, effective, and aligned with your goals.

Can I combine your services with therapy?

Absolutely! While we focus on psychiatric care, many of our patients benefit from combining our services with therapy. We can coordinate with your therapist for a holistic approach.

What is SPRAVATO®?

Spravato® is an FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression. It’s a groundbreaking option for those who haven’t had success with other treatments. Our providers can help determine if it’s right for you.

How do I know if I need psychiatric care versus therapy?

If you’re unsure, a psychiatric evaluation is a great first step. We’ll assess your needs and help you decide if medication, therapy, or a combination is the best path forward.

Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly for psychiatric evaluations or medication management. However, we can provide you with the necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement through your insurance company.

NOTE: We do accept and process insurance for services relating to SPRAVATO® treatments. Please contact us if you have questions.

How does medication management work?

Medication management includes regular appointments to evaluate how your medications are working and make adjustments if needed. We ensure your treatment is safe and supports your overall mental health.

How often will I need follow-up appointments for medication management?

The frequency of follow-ups depends on your treatment plan. Typically, we start with more frequent visits to monitor progress and adjust medications, then space them out as you stabilize.

Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments?

We do our best to accommodate urgent needs as quickly as possible, but we are not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. You can also contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988 for immediate support. Your safety is our top priority, and we’re here to help coordinate your follow-up care.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to schedule an appointment. Simply reach out, and we’ll guide you through the process of starting care with us.
